At Marini SkinSolutions®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on most items.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Experience team via email or our online portal within 30 days of purchase to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring at least 50% of the product remains, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our laboratory inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.
